The Reading Nook can provide a refund to the original payment method or provide a store voucher which can be redeemed online for the customer that has submitted the return claim. Orders will be refunded in full if you have received the incorrect product, a faulty product or a damaged product. 

Change Of Mind Returns

We accept that sometimes you might purchase an item and no longer require it for a number of reasons. Therefore, we offer a 30 day return policy to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. Items purchased must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the value of the goods. We do not offer refunds for postage costs. Change of mind returns will only be accepted if they have not been used are are in the original packaging.

To begin a change of mind return claim, please email with your order number. We will email instructions on where to send your return and other applicable information.

We encourage you to send your parcel via registered post. We will not refund items that are lost in the mail. We will notify you upon us receiving your returned item and funds will be credited to the original payment method used to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for refunds to show up in your bank account. Be aware that if you wish to exchange the item you will be responsible for both the return postage cost and the cost of re-sending the item. Exchanges are available at our discretion and can only be used for an item of the same value.

If you receive a faulty item, please send a description of the fault and your name and order number to and we will initiate a faulty product return claim and provide instructions for the return.


Missing Puzzle Pieces

Before contact us about missing puzzle pieces, please contact the manufacturers. They are often aware of defective items and will often replace missing/defective pieces.
