All orders are processed in 1-2 business days of completed purchase.
Express postage orders will be processed in 1 business day.
Book Only Orders - AU Standard Post $4.95 flat rate
All Other Orders - AU Standard Post $9.95 flat rate
Other Orders w/insurance - AU Standard Post $10.95 flat rate
AU Express Post $15.95 flat rate
We do not currently offer express shipping for orders that include books. Express shipping is available for all other items.
Yes, we only use Australia Post for our deliveries.
We only currently ship to Australian addresses.

We do not send tracking numbers with our book orders, which is why we are able to maintain our low shipping charge. We are able to provide tracking and proof of delivery if specifically requested. Please contact us if you would like to receive a tracking number or proof of delivery.
Product
We receive regular orders weekly from our suppliers. Please contact our customer service team to get an update on a specific product.
Alternatively, you can use the 'notify me' email form on the product page to be alerted when the item is re-stocked.
